Reputation System Added.

I've added a Reputation system to the Forums. Basically, if someone does something that helps you on the Forums, you can give them a Rep Point. Reputation points show that you help the Forum Community.

You can also click "-" to subtract a Rep Point if someone does something bad on the Forum, like spam, ect.

Rep Points WILL NOT increase your chance of getting a Staff Position, it's just something fun for the Members to use.

To give someone a Reputation point, click the small "+" Sign on the right hand side of their post. To subtract a Reputation Point, click the "-" Sign on the right hand side of their post.
